How cute were Charlie and Colby? See, I told you where this was going all along.
First Colby sort of quotes Charlie, notices and is embarassed.
Then they work together.
"Are yout hinking what I'm thinking?"
"No."
Oh, Charlie, I bet you haven't heard that one too often, surrounded by geniuses and you tend to be.

And then the presentation! They were finishing each others sentences! And Megan picked up on the "we" immediately. Gotta be careful there, Colby, don't let that slip too often. And Charlie put his hand on Colby's shoulder, all proud of his student. Awe, so cute.

As for the rest of the ep:
Larry going to space? Like Charlie, I have to see it to believe it. I hope he doesn't leave for too long, I love his character. Loved how they showed Charlie angsting about it, you can't tell me there wasn't ever more between them. Megan was adorable as ever, but the kiss, well, was it just m or could it have been more passionate?

Case was okay, loved how they were making fun of Charlie theories a little bit. Actually, that was just Colby with his "kind of like?". So cute.

Definitely not enough Don in this ep, though what little there was, was okay. Always love angry out-of-control Don, so I rather liked the predictable end.

What is it with Numb3rs this year? They seem to change between good and bad eps all the time: two good ones at the beginning of the season, then a boring one, then a good one and so one. At least the boring ones usually have interesting private life stuff, like last week's ep, which sucked so badly case-wise that I already forgot what it was about, but had some lovely Eppes-family and Larry scenes. And an annoying and unexplained lack of Colby.

Still, Numb3rs remains one of my favourite shows this year, right after NCIS and The Unit. Can't wait to see more.
